• There are some dark areas inside and outside the venue, so we recommend that you bring a flashlight or similar light.

Paid seats are divided into blocks within each area, and staff will guide you to your seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please understand that our goal is to allow as many people as possible to enjoy the show comfortably, and please sit close together.

• If you leave your seat, please leave your belongings behind and secure a seat.
  Please take care of your valuables.
• To protect yourself from the hot sun and heatstroke, please wear breathable clothing and a hat, and frequently replenish with fluids and salt.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the park, including paid seating, except in designated smoking areas.
• There are dedicated temporary toilets within the paid seating area.
• There is no parking for paid seats. Please secure your own parking space. Please note that parking spaces are limited. We recommend taking a bus tour.
• When taking photos with a camera, tripods may be used up to about 1m in front of your seat, provided they do not obstruct the view of the rear seats or impede the flow of people passing by.
  *Selfie sticks are prohibited.
• There are designated areas for wheelchair users, including carers. Please bring your own wheelchair.
• Only small dogs are allowed in the park if they are on a leash or in a cage.
  Guide dogs and service dogs are allowed in the park.
• To ensure you can enjoy the fireworks safely within the venue, please follow the guidance and instructions of staff and security guards.
• We cannot be responsible for lost luggage or any disputes between visitors.
• Please take your trash with you.
• Coolers and other items may be brought in as long as they are small enough to fit within the frame of your seat for chair seats, and as long as they fit within the frame of box seats.
• The use of devices that are operated by radio or radio waves (drones, radio-controlled cars, etc.) is prohibited.
• <General seats>
  ・Each person will be seated with a space of approximately 1m x 60cm. There are no chairs, so please bring a sheet or similar.
  ・For general seats, regardless of age, there is a fee for using the space for one person, but preschool children who can sit on someone’s lap are free (up to one person per seat).
  ・Large coolers, picnic sheets larger than 1m x 60cm, tents, parasols, etc. are not allowed for general seats.
  *If you are visiting with multiple people, you may bring coolers and picnic sheets within the number of people allowed.
• <Box seats>
  ・Each box is 2m x 2m on the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are no chairs, so please bring a picnic sheet or similar.
  ・Tents, parasols, etc. cannot be brought into the box seats.
  ・Coolers, folding chairs, picnic sheets, etc. can be brought into the box seats as long as they fit within the box seating frame (2m x 2m).

• The event will be held in light rain. In the event of strong winds (wind speeds of 10m or more), inclement weather (heavy rain, lightning), or unforeseen natural disasters, the event will be canceled. (No postponement)
  
  *The decision to cancel will be made one week before the event. (A comprehensive judgment will be made based on the predictions of typhoons and inclement weather on the day and during the preparation period.)
  *The final decision to cancel will be made at 10:00 on Saturday, July 13th, and will be announced on the official website.
  *Even after the final decision, the event may be canceled based on a comprehensive judgment of sudden changes in weather.
  *In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made. However, refunds will not be made if the event is interrupted or ended midway on the day of the Summer Festival. * If the fireworks display is canceled due to inclement weather after the
  paid area opens after 10:00 on the day, refunds will not be made.
• Please present the voucher from your My Page at the designated reception on the day. You
  will be given a wristband.
  *Wristbands and paid seat tickets will not be reissued if lost.
  *If the wristband is not exchanged or the wristband is not worn on the wrist, you will not be able to enter.
  *Please make sure that you collect your wristband at the reception in person. We do not accept multiple exchanges.
  *We will check that you are wearing the wristband when it is handed to you at the reception.
  *You can enter and exit the designated area (re-enter) using the wristband.
  *Please note that we cannot provide a refund if you do not present your My Page at the reception and are unable to receive your wristband.

• If there are less than 25 participants per departure point, the tour may not operate.
• Please note that you may have to share a seat with other passengers.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure time.
• There are no seats or lunch boxes provided for free infants (0-2 years old).

• Tour schedules may change or be canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
• The launch time may be subject to change.
• There will be no bus guide. The tour conductor will guide you.
• Smoking is prohibited on board the vehicle.
  Please refrain from eating on board the vehicle.
• Please get off at the same place you boarded.
• Traffic congestion is expected on both the outbound and return journeys, so the return time is expected to be late at night. Please note.
  *The return time may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions.
• If the fireworks display is cancelled due to bad weather, the tour will also be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, the tour fee will be refunded. If the
  fireworks display is cancelled midway due to bad weather, there will be no refunds.
• The use of selfie sticks and devices that are operated by radio waves, etc. are prohibited at the fireworks venue.
• There will be food stalls and other vendors at the venue, but please note that it is expected to be quite crowded.
• Please be especially careful of heatstroke, especially small children, the elderly, and pregnant women.
• The paid area of ​​the fireworks venue is unreserved seating. Tour staff are not allowed to enter the paid area, so please secure your own seat.

• The bus will depart on time. Please be sure not to be late for the boarding location or the return bus departure time.
• Free infants are limited to one per adult. If there are more than one child, the child rate will apply.

  There will be multiple buses. Different buses will operate for each departure point, so please note that if you and other people in your group board from different boarding points, you may be on different buses.

• From 17:00 local time 12 business days before the participation date to 17:00 local time 9 business days before the participation date, 20% of the total reservation amount
• From 17:00 local time 9 business days before the participation date to 17:00 local time 4 business days before the participation date, 30% of the total reservation amount
• From 17:00 local time 4 business days before the participation date to 17:00 local time 2 business day before the participation date, 50% of the total reservation amount
• After 17:00 local time 2 business day before the participation date, 100% of the total reservation amount

• If you make changes to your reservation (such as changing the number of people), the same conditions as the cancellation policy will apply and a change fee will be charged.
