- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Please allow ample time for check-in. Latecomers will not be accommodated.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- In some cases, a taxi may be used for pick-up and drop-off services.
- Due to operational reasons, the tour guide may not accompany you during pick-up and drop-off services.
- When the road to Mount Fuji 5th Station is closed due to snow or other reasons, the tour will go to the highest point possible.
- Should there be changes in itineary due to weather, traffic or other operation conditions, the tour will not be cancelled or refunded.
- If Mt.Fuji and others sightseeing spots are not visible due to weather conditions, the tour will not be canceled or refunded.
- In the event of poor weather conditions, refunds will be issued should the tour provider cancel the tour. Rebooking the tour on a different date will also be free of charge. Refunds will not be issued, however, should guests cancel on their end prior to any tour cancellation announcement from the operator.
- Mandarin Oriental and New Sanno: pick-up services are only available for hotel guests.
- Guests with specific dietary restrictions will not be accommodated. Please book the tour without lunch.
- * 8 or more days prior to the tour date: No charge.
* 7 days to 3 days prior to the tour date : 10% of the tour fare.
* 2 day prior to the tour date: 20% of the tour fare.
* Prior to the starting time of the tour: 80% of the tour fare.
* On or after the tour date: 100% of the tour fare.
- – Any changes made between 00:00 local time, 7 business days to 00:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount.
– Any changes made between 00:00 local time, 2 business days to 23:59 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
– Any changes made between 23:59 local time, 1 business days to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total amount.
